Since 2010, Medical Systems has expanded its operations abroad, selling, transporting, installing and dismantling Radiation Diagnostic Equipment in the following countries: Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Croatia, Cyprus, Switzerland, Albania, Denmark and Norway.
Response time to technical support calls
Our company offers HelpDesk telephone support, in cases of simple failure (error handling etc, error reading and explanation).
We receive calls via telephone, fax and e-mail from 08:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday and our technical response time is:
- Within 4 hours for the Attica region.
- Within 24 hours for all Greece.
- Within 24 to 48 hours for other countries.

Our company has the ability to offer preventive maintenance and repair services for all imaging equipment, almost any company and model: MRI and CT, Radiography and Fluoroscopy Systems, Mammography, Panoramic, Bone Densitometers and Ultrasound Systems.
We offer our customers choices as:
- Maintenance Contract with the possibility of covering spare parts or without spare parts, which includes two to three preventive maintenance and unlimited visits for repair of faults.
- On-Call visits related to errors and failures and on-call visit for preventive maintenance.
- Specially for Doctors Radiologists and Diagnostic Laboratories, affiliated with the Public Health Insurance Institute, our company has all the necessary ISO certificates to maintain and support their equipment according to the requirements and quality criteria of Public Health Insurance Institute.
